  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping cost: The shipping cost depends on the destination and the size of your order. You can see the exact cost at the time of payment, before confirming the purchase.

  • Estimated delivery time: Delivery time varies depending on the type of shipment selected and your location. Domestic shipments generally take 3-7 business days and international shipments may take 7-15 business days.

  • Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor its progress until delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Requirements for return: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all labels intact. Products that have been used or damaged cannot be returned.

Defective or damaged products
